THE NASAL VALVE

Description : The nasal valve is located just behind the nasal vestibule in the area between the posterior edge of the upper lateral cartilage and the nasal septum and extends up to the anterior end of the middle turbinate. The area of the nasal valve is responsible for two thirds of the nasal cavities resistance to airflow.
