CHRONIC SINUSITIS (RIGHT)

Description : The underlying causes of chronic sinusitis can usually be found in the lateral nasal wall and anterior ethmoid by a combination of diagnostic nasal endoscopy and CT scan. In this patient, the uncinate process is enlarged and anteriorly bent. Note the hyperemia of the mucosa and the thick creamy white mucopurulent exudate in the middle meatus.
